(As of July 17, 2023) 127 Yard Sale Space Rental in Paulding - Benefits Charity Paulding – The 127 Yard Sale arrives the first week in August, and for the fifth straight year, the First Presbyterian Church of Paulding at 114 West Caroline will be offering booth spaces in its parking lot, just two blocks from downtown. Rental spaces are available from Wednesday, August 2, through Saturday, August 5, with setup beginning at on Tuesday, August 1. 20-by-20 foot and 20-by-30 foot spaces are available and rent for $25 and $35 respectively (fee covers entire event, not per day). Multiple spaces available if necessary. We run our event Wed-Sat, not Thu-Sun. You do not need to be present all days to rent a space, but upfront payment is required to reserve one. This highly visible site, located on the corner of US 127 and West Caroline Street, has sees major traffic as a multiple-vendor stop with a great Mexican restaurant half-a-block away. Just want to cool off and get out of the house? Soda, baked goods, and ice cream treats in the air-conditioned fellowship hall will also be available. This year, for the first time, profits made from the 127 Yard Sale will go to support the fund for the new Caring & Sharing Food Pantry building to be constructed at 318 Walnut Street in Paulding. This new construction will house commercial-grade kitchens and food preparation classes in addition to providing for food insecure members of the community.
