To become a rental space provider all you really need to do is mark out some individual spaces on your property and then rent them to vendors during the 127 Yard Sale event. Sounds simple, right? Well, there is a little more to it than that!
If you want to provide a great experience for yardsalers (shoppers) and vendors alike, so they'll keep coming back year after year, there are some things you need to do. Sure you can put up a sign on your property advertising "127 Yard Sale Spaces for Rent" with your phone number on it, and we recommend you do that. But only so many people will ever see that sign. What about the vendors who come, or want to come, from outside of your city/state? If you want a lot more people to know you have spaces to rent you need to post a listing here on the official 127 Yard Sale website and let vendors know what you have to offer.
