These Official Rules (“Rules”) govern the 127 Yard Sale Spring Giveaway (“Giveaway”), sponsored and administered by Yard Sale Nation LLC (“Sponsor” or “Administrator”).

By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

1. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on May 23, 2026, and ends on May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) (“Giveaway Period”).

The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the official giveaway entry form located at:

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual using different email addresses, identities, or devices may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

By entering, participants consent to receive promotional and marketing emails from Yard Sale Nation LLC. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

4. Prize Description

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) 127 Yard Sale Prize Pack containing:

  • One (1) 127 Yard Sale unisex t-shirt
  • One (1) Women’s Racerback Tank Top
  • One (1) 127 Yard Sale magnet
  • One (1) 127 Yard Sale bumper sticker
  • One (1) first-edition collectible enamel pin
  • Additional 127 Yard Sale merchandise and apparel from previous events, as determined by Sponsor

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize pack: $75 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random drawing will occur within a reasonable time after the Giveaway Period ends.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Prizes will be shipped only to addresses located within the United States.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdirected shipments.

7. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes each winner’s consent for Yard Sale Nation LLC to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and submitted content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notice.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Rules.

Entries generated by automated means, bots, scripts, or fraudulent methods are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Yard Sale Nation LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, interrupted internet service, incomplete entries, or other errors that may affect participation in the Giveaway.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy practices and may be used for marketing and promotional communications from Yard Sale Nation LLC.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), or any other social media platform.

12. Governing Law

These Rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in the State of Florida.
