Weather Forecast 2017

Here's your 2017 full 4-day weather forecast for this year's 127 Yard Sale.

Temperatures: Good news! The forecast doesn't call for any highs in the 90s! Believe it or not, we will see highs in the 60s and 70s in northern Ohio and Michigan. Overall it looks to be much cooler than last year.

Rain: Looks like the highest chance for rain will be Friday for the entire route. We always get some rain during the 127 Yard Sale so don't worry too much. Vendors expect some rain and may shut temporarily, but they reopen as soon as they can after the rain stops.

What You Need to Know

About 260 feet of one lane of U.S. 127 (Signal Mountain Boulevard) in Signal Moutain, TN will be closed during the 127 Yard Sale this year. The other lane will be open. The area that will be closed is not where vendors typically set up so it will not impact them. However, it will certainly slow down traffic more than usual.
