127 Yard Sale

Description

The Pickin' Patch, located just four miles south of Pikeville, TN, will have up to 30 spaces to rent this year. We have frontage on both Hwy 127 and Hwy 28. We also have a concession stand with a shady picnic area. If interested in renting a space please send me a message. Space sizes will be 20' x 20', and $50 for the four days of the sale. Small campers only,(as room allows). No electricity will be furnished but you can have a quiet generator. We also have bathrooms on site.

New this year (2021): We have a 16' x 23' covered space with electricity which includes an extra 10' x 23' uncovered space in front, all for $300.

Attention: We are looking for a food vendor with their own concession truck/stand.
